Salt, Bread, Water, Dog, Man, Star depicts a fictional world following a catastrophe. Although no one is certain about what exactly happened, the fundamental principles and understandings that once formed the foundation of reality have been completely altered. Survivors are confronted with a new world, re-identifying and repairing the fractured landscapes and bodies, piecing together fragments of memories.
